The Special Couple: Margarette & Michael

THE FIRST SIGHT & PROPOSAL

We met when we were 15 through a mutual friend. For his proposal, Michael made a fire out the back of our house and set up a little area to sit around it. We were listening to music and watching the sunset. He then went inside for maybe 5 minutes and came out with both our dogs. Around one of our dog's neck, he had tied the engagement ring, he then got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife. And of course, I said yes. It was a beautiful moment.

THE INSPIRATION

There wasn’t a theme as such, but we definitely were inspired by the venue location, Mt Dandenong. We wanted simple and elegant.

 

HER SAY "YES" TO THE DRESS MOMENT

I tried on close to maybe ten but when I put on my one it just felt like me, it was elegant with a hint of sexy I loved it.

The girls at Eternal Bridal were so accommodating and beautiful. They made me feel so special. The moment I found my dress, I could barely hold back tears, it just felt perfect.

THE HIGHLIGHT

Marrying the love of my life of course! And getting to share our special day with family and friends.
