Our Special Couple: Farran + Alvin

How did you meet and what was the proposal like?

We met through mutual friend, and we started to work together and Alvin proposed at a winery called Lindenderry at Red Hill, Victoria.

Describe your wedding theme / style.

My wedding theme was white and gold with a touch of modern chic. I wanted to incorporate greenery, drapery and chandeliers to create a romantic atmosphere. Majority of my inspirations were from Instagram and pinterest.

Describe the moment you found your wedding dress.

I tried on about 30 dresses. My dream wedding gown was to have a low back. This Blush by Hayley Paige gown has everything that I wanted and more! The illusion of printed lace was amazing and the beading gave it the extra sparkle it needed! At night when the light was on the dress, it made it so much more special!

What was the highlight of your day?

The highlight of my day was without a doubt the reception. The night was full of laughter, tears and happiness. We were overwhelmed with so much love, and to top it all off our bridal party has surprised up with a dace routine! We were both so touched and the whole day was really the best day of our lives.

How was your experience at Eternal Bridal?

Eternal Bridal was one of the first stores I had initially visited. After going to many bridal stores in Armadale, Melbourne, I saw Eternal stock this dress and I had to come back to try it on. Lauren the sales assistant was with me through the start and right until the end. The abundance of knowledge and experience she had really made the process so much easier! I am so glad that I went to Eternal Bridal as they had beautiful gowns available and everyone in store was so lovely. It was such a pleasant experience right from the get go until the day I picked my gown up. There are definitely no regrets !
